Anna Handler studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich, where her major subject is piano. She is also trained in singing, the violin and conducting.
She won national and international prizes in piano competitions in Germany and Italy and holds a Scholarship from the ˮCusanuswerkˮ (Germany). In addition to that she performed in Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and the USA.
Anna founded her own chamber orchestra - the New Munich Youth Orchestra. She won the Bavarian competition for young conductors in 2011 in Marktoberdorf and worked as conductor assistant of Oksana Lyniv at the Bavarian State Opera.
Together with her sister Laura Handler, she won various first prizes at the National Competition ˮJugend musiziertˮ in the Duo-Category Violin and Piano.
